It’s not just the quality assurance (QA) process checks, or the way we protect our parts in the delivery shipping process. It’s not the on-time delivery either.  It’s everything. It’s the care our team gives in providing an outstanding job. It’s the way we integrate blasting, priming, and top coat application for an ultra-durable finish.In fact, UltraCoat’s processes are set up with quality assurance entrenched in through each step.

Traceability:
100% of all parts processed at UltraCoat are inspected and documented on a QA
router that travels with the process router and print. Coupons are also processed
with each production run with adhesion test and solvent test. Once a month, coupons are sent for salt spray testing. This is documented and stored for retrieval should any quality questions arise. The benefit of all this care and attention to detail comes months from delivery. Military equipment has borne up to harsh environments and usage. Industrial equipment still shines.
